'Where Is My '' Order?!'

If you have an open special order in the system with us, we understand it can be frustrating waiting in limbo without an exact ETA. If your current order status shows "awaiting shipment", you have a special order with us and we can look into this. If your current order status shows "shipped" then we ask that you wait 24 hours from the date of your order status Email and then please check your junk folder for tracking details. They get automatically sent out and often times end up getting filtered by spam. Ugh!
